From what I know about Arnold I think he recognizes that everybody has their dreams, big or small, but on the rez nobodies dream ever comes true. No one ever takes the time to think about how to make there dreams come true, they just stay on the rez and live the life they are handed. For me I dream and dream and dream, I try to chase them. I think Arnold would respond to the quote "Dream Big" by saying, "whats the point, living on the rez your restricted to the life handed to you. You can dream big, but it's never gonna come true."
I think a good chunk of our dreams depend on others, there are things that we can do by yourself to make your dream come true, but it's if someone makes the decision to let you live those dreams out. When things don't happen how we want and we try over and over and still get the same result, a lot of the times we just start to give up. But we all have the dreams that we won't.
